ครับ วันนี้เราจะมาพูดถึงเรื่องตะไคร้กัน พอพูดถึงตะไคร้ แล้วคุณนึกถึงอะไร บางคนอาจนึกถึง ยำปลาทูใส่ตะไคร้ พูดแล้วน้ำลายไหล บางคนอาจจะนึกไปไก ลถึงเรื่องเล่าที่ว่าที่ว่า
หากไม่ต้องการให้ฝนตก ให้เอาตะไคร้ มาปักกลับหัว ! ขำขำนะครับ ประเด็นนี้ ถ้ามันจะตกจริงผมว่า เอาตะไคร้มาทั้งกอก็เอาไม่อยู่ แต่ไม่ว่าคุณจะนึกถึงอะไร ไม่สำคัญ ตะไคร้ ก็ย่อมเป็นตะไคร้อยู่วันยังค่ำ มีคุณค่าในตัวของมันเอง
ซึ่งนอกจากการ ประกอบอาหาร ตะไคร้เอง ก็มีสรรพคุณในด้านการเป็น ” สมุนไพรไทย ” อยู่มากทีเดียว จากการหาข้อมูล ใครจะเชื่อว่าตะไคร้ จะถูกเอาไปทำเป็น สมุนไพรได้ถึง 5 สูตร น่าสนใจใช่ไหมล่ะครับ ก่อนที่เราจะพูดถึงสูตรเด็ดทั้งห้านั้น ตอนนี้เรามารู้จักกับ ตะไคร้ กันก่อน
ชื่อสามัญ LEMON GRASS (LEMON = มะนาว ,GRASS =หญ้า รวมกันเป็นหญ้ามะนาว เออฝรั่งเข้าใจตังชื่อดีนะครับ)
ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์ ของตะไคร้ Cymbopogon citratus Stapf
ชื่อวงศ์ Graminease
ชื่อแตละท้องถิ่น จะไคร (ทางภาคเหนือ) ไคร (ภาคใต้)
ลักษณะของพืช เป็นพืชล้มลุก (ขนาดพืชยังล้มแล้วลุก ทำไมคนเราล้มแล้วจึงไม่ลุก) อยู่รวมกันเป็นกอ มีข้อและปล้องสั้น ค่อนข้างเข็ง ลำต้นส่วนที่อ่อนจะมีใบเรียงซ้อนกันหลาชั้น ใบมีกาบใบเป็นแผ่นยาวโอบซ้อนกันจนแข็งจนคล้ายลำต้น ตัวใบเรียวยาว แหลม กว้างประมาณ 1-2 ซม.ยาวเต็มที่ได้ถึง 80 ซม. เนื้อใบหยาบมีขนอยู่ทั่วไป ขอบใบค่อนข้างคม เวลาจับใช้คามระมัดระวังด้วยนะครับ ผมเคยโดนบาดมาแล้ว อ้ออีกอย่างตะไคร้มีดอกด้วยนะครับเวลาออกดอกเป็นช่อยาวมาก ซึ่งประกอบด้วยช่อย่อยที่มีดอกขนาดเล็กๆเป็นจำนนมาก มีขนที่ก้านดอก
เอาล่ะครับเมื่อรู้จักตระไคร้กันแล้ว เรามารู้จักสูตรเด็ด สมุนไพรไทยจากตะไคร้กันบ้าง
สุตรที่ 1 ใช้ตระไคร้เป็นสมุนไพรไทย แก้ท้องอืดท้องเฟ้อ ท้องอืด ท้องเฟ้อใครไม่เคยเป็นยกมือขึ้น ไม่มีใครยกแสดงว่าเตยเป็นกันทุกคน แน่นอนครับอาการนี้ ไม่ว่าจะสาเหตุทานมากไป หรืออาหารไม่ยอมย่อย ก็ย่อมสร้างความอึดอัดแก่เราได้ บางคนอาจจะบอกว่าสมัยนี้ยามีเยอะแยะ เดินไปซื้ออีโนก็จบแล้ว อันนั้นผมไม่เถียง แต่ถ้าเรามีเลือกอื่น ที่เป็นทางเลือกจากธรรมชาติมากกว่าการใช้สารเคมี เราจะไม่ลองดูบ้างหรือ
วีธีใช้สมุนไพร แค่คุณเอาตะไคร้มาทุบแหลกๆ ใช้ประมาณ 1 กำมือ เอาแบบตัวเลขแม่นๆก็ประมาณ 40-60 กรัม จากนั้นนำมาต้มกับน้ำประมาณ 2 แก้วโดยต้มสัก 4-5 นาที จะทานร้อนๆ หรือเพื่อพิ่มรสชาติโดยการเติมน้ำตาลสักนิดแล้วตู้เย็นไว้ทานเย็นก็ได้ โดยแบ่งทานครั้งละครึ่งแก้ว หลังอาหาร
สุตรที่ 2 ใช้ตระไคร้เป็นยาแก้ไข้ ลดความร้อน นอกจากการทานยาลดไข้เวลาเราไม่สบายแล้ว ตระไคร้ก็สามรถลดไข้ ลดอุณภูมิของร่างกายได้ (แต่ถ้าไข้สูง แนะนำให้พบแพทย์นะครับ)
วิธีใช้สมุนไพร ในสูตรนี้นอกจากตะไคร้แล้ว จะมีการใช้เหง้าขิงร่วมด้วย โดยที่ ใช้ขิงและตะไคร้ อย่างละ ¼ แก้ว และใช้น้ำ 3 แก้ว จากนั้นตั้งไฟเคี่ยวไปเรื่อยๆด้วยไฟอ่อนจนให้น้ำงวดลงจนเหลือ ประมาณ 2 ใน 3 เวลาทานก็ทานทีละ 1/3 แก้ว วันละ 3-4 ครั้ง
สุตรที่ 3 ใช้บรรเทาอาการปวดประจำเดือน หลายคนอาจจะบอก่าผู้เขียนเป็นผู้ชาย จะมาเข้าใจอะไรในอาการนี้ขอผู้หญิง แน่นอนครับผมอาจจะไม่เคยปวดประจำเดือน แต่ฟังจากคำบอกเล่า ของคุณแฟนแล้ว ก็พอเข้าใจครับว่ามันทรมานขนาดไหน
วิธีใช้สมุนไพร ใช้ต้นและรากตระไคร้สด 1 กำมือ หั่นบางๆ ผึ่งแดดให้แห้ง ใช้ชงเป็นชากับน้ำร้อนใช้ดื่มต่างน้ำ
สูตรที่ 4 บำรุงผมสวยด้วยตะไคร้ มาถึงสูตรนี้เป็นเรื่องความสวยความงามกันบ้าง สำหรับสาวๆ (หนุ่มๆ) ท่านใดอยากมีผมสวยสุขภาพดี มาลองสูตรนี้ดูกัน
วิธีใช้สมุนไพร ใช้ต้นบนดินสดๆ ตัดใบทิ้ง (แบบที่เขามัดรมกันขายในตลาดนั่นแหละครับ) ใช้ประมาณ 3-4 ต้น นำมาหั้นแล้วตำให้ละเอียด(หรือปั่นด้วยเครื่องปั่นก็ได้) จากนั้นเติมน้ำสัก 2 ถ้วยแก้ว คั้นเอาแต่น้ำ นำมาโชลมเส้นผมที่สระเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทิ้งไว้ 10-15 นาทีสระออกให้หมด จะช่วยทั้งขจัดรังแค ทำให้เส้นผมดำเงางาม อีกทั้งสำคัญที่สุดคือแก้ในเรื่องผมแตกปลายได้อีกด้วย
สูตรที่ 5 รักษาอาการขัดเบา อาการขัดเบา หรือปัสสาวะขัดนั้น ในตำรายาสมุนไพรไทย ก็ได้เขียนเอาไว้จึงนำมาลองให้อ่านดู
วิธีใช้สมุนไพร สำหรับรักษาอาการขัดเบา ใช้เหง้าและลำต้นสด หรือแห้ง 1 กำมือ หรือน้ำหนักสด 40-60 กรัม ถ้าแห้งก็ 20-30 กรัม ทุบต้มกับน้ำพอควร แบ่งดื่ม 3 ครั้ง ๆ ละ 1 ถ้วยชา (75 มิลลิลิตร) ก่อนอาหาร หรือ จะหั่นตะไคร้คั่วด้วยไฟอ่อน ๆ พอเหลือง ชงด้วยน้ำเดือด ปิดฝาทิ้งไว้ 5-10 นาที ดื่มแต่น้ำ 3 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 1 ถ้วยชา ก่อนอาหาร ข้อควรระวัง การใช้สมุนไพร ช่วยแก้อาการขัดเบานี้ ไม่ไช้กับคนไข้ที่มีอาการบวมน้ำ
